Release Updates

System Upgrade Release - March 14

On Thursday March 14, we will release an updated version of our digital banking platform which contains enhancements and fixes to a few items that have been reported.

  • Enhancement to allow updating of mailing address within the mobile app
  • Fix for allowing copy/paste of password in Android app
  • Fix for intermittent issues with Skip a Pay submission errors
  • Fix for display issue on Visa Card Controls causing duplicate display of Reward Points data

 

Android App Update - February 26

On Tuesday, February 26, an update to our Digital Banking Android app (version 3000.7.5) was published. There are no major changes on this mobile release, but a few enhancements and fixes. Here are the highlights:

  • Fix for occasional issue of log-in getting stuck on "Loading Accounts" screen or requiring multiple log-ins.
  • Mobile Deposit image capture update to resolve occasional "Flip Check" error messages when capturing back of check images.

 

iPhone/iPad App Update - February 27 

On the evening of Tuesday, February 26, an update to our Digital Banking iOS app (version 3000.7.5) will be submitted to the App Store. There are no major changes on this mobile release, but a few enhancements and fixes. Here are the highlights:

  • Mobile Deposit image capture update to resolve occasional "Flip Check" error messages when capturing back of check images.
  • Mobile Deposit issue fix: Previously, some members using biometric login would get logged out of the app when attempting a mobile deposit and receive an "Unable to Authenticate" error message.  This has been fixed for iOS 11 and 12.

 

Recent Enhancements

  • 2/26/19: Debit Card Controls are now available in the "Manage Cards" widget.  You can block/unblock your card and set lower ATM and PIN limits for your peace of mind and security.
  • 2/25/19: Snapshot view on the mobile app has been revised to display your Available Balance, which includes pending transactions.
  • 2/11/19: Visa Balance Transfers can now be requested in online or mobile banking.  Click the "Manage Cards" widget then select Balance Transfer.
  • 2/4/19: Launched new Bill Pay interface with fixes to issues regarding payment cutoff and display dates, payee address editing and confirmation print screen.
  • 1/14/19: Visa and HELOC Classic Transfer display has been enhanced to include payment options for current balance, last statement balance and minimum payment amount
  • 12/17/18: External Account transfers directly into loans are now available for making payments
  • 12/17/18: External Account transfers directly into Credit Cards are now available for making payment (Card must not be Delinquent)

 

Work in Progress

As we work through the conversion to our new online and mobile banking experience, here are the outstanding items and known issues we are actively working on:

  • Credit Card Management -  2/11 Update:
    • Visa eStatement enrollment options are not yet available in the new system.  If you are currently on Visa paper statements and would like to enroll in eStatements, please send us a secure message or call us.
